Sending a case to Implant Solutions is easy and convenient.
Step 1: Enter the contact and message information requested.
Step 2: Click on the “Browse” or "Choose File" button to retrieve your file; you will need to know where you saved the file (i.e. Desktop, Downloads, etc.)
Step 3: After attaching all files, click on “Send It” for file transmission. A confirmation message will appear once upload is complete.
