step 1 - impression

Traditional Impression -

An accurate polyvinyl impression is taken and sent to Implant Solutions. Implant Solutions creates a digitized model, called an STL file, that is used in Step 3. Doctor schedules patient's CT scan.


Digital Impression -
Doctor takes a digital impression using an open scanning system like 3M’s True Definition Scanner, iTero & Trios and sends the STL file to Implant Solutions. Doctor schedules patient’s CT scan.

step 2 - ct scan

The patient’s CT scan is taken and the DICOM III Multi-File CT files are sent to Implant Solutions.

step 4 - signed disclaimer

The disclaimer form is signed and sent to Implant Solutions, authorizing Implant Solutions to fabricate the surgical guide.

The surgical guide is fabricated based on the approved treatment proposal.
