Coronavirus (COVID-19) Updates
May 4, 2020
Dear Valued Customer,
As our industry works through unprecedented challenges as a result of COVID-19, we wanted to let you know that we are to here to help you any way we can. We are doing our best to make sure you receive your product in a safe manner by following the guidance set forth by OSHA and the U.S. Center for Disease Control.
With all cases, we will be sending new packaging materials and boxes for added protection. You can continue to re-use the shipping boxes when sending cases back to us, disposing of any excess boxes you have on hand. We ask that you take precautionary measures when sending cases back to us. Please ensure that they are thoroughly rinsed and bagged, this includes models, impressions, etc., using a proper disinfectant.
We look forward to working with you and your team again! At this time, we don’t anticipate any changes with our turnaround times however, in certain cases, we may have to ask for an extension as a result of demand and staffing.
If you and your team need face shields, please contact our sister company, Argon Dental USA, by calling 1-844-484-4998. You can also purchase them online, by clicking here. Each shield can be worn with or without loupes and are available in boxes of 10 for $100.00.
We hope you and your team continue to be healthy and safe,
Brad Slominski Bob Slominski

Valued Partner,
We’re sure you’re being inundated with emails and notifications like this, so we’ll keep ours concise. First, we will stay in open until we’re advised to close. Second, our primary focus is the continued health and safety of our staff, your staff and your patients. As a result, we have instituted the following preventative measures effective immediately:
- We’ve added additional hygienic measures throughout the Dental Crafters Network lab and particularly in the Receiving Department. Please bag all case materials you are sending us, including models, etc. Please discard excess packing materials and boxes that your office may have.
- We’ve prohibited all employee travel and patient visits to the Dental Crafters Network lab. The one exception to this is our courier routes in Central Wisconsin; we’ll keep those running as long as possible. Please note that the employees we send on the run may be different than the faces you’re used to seeing.
We’re all in this together and we’ll be here to support your practices as long as we’re able. As more information becomes available we’ll be using our social media accounts and web pages as the primary mode of communication.
Take Good Care,
Brad Slominski Bob Slominski
